For 45 years Cole Travel has been a full service travel agency specializing in travel to SCANDINAVIA. Located in Geneva, Illinois (45 miles west of Chicago), Cole Travel is an SAS Royal Viking Award recipient, having maintained this status for over 9 years. In addition, the Cole Travel staff are certified as Scandinavian Travel Experts by the Scandinavian Discoverers' Club. Cole Travel is owned and operated by Lennart Jonsson.

Cole Travel Services has for many years specialized in travel to Europe and Scandinavia, the Pacific Rim including Alaska, Australia, Hawaii and Japan, and cruises on many of your favorite cruise lines including Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Holland American Line, Cunard, Princess, and Disneyland.

We strive to personalize our services so that we might fine tune your travel experience.  We pay special attention to travel details to provide you with a wonderful trip, no matter what your destination.

Cole Travel is the only travel agent specializing in Bed and Breakfast locations in and around Stockholm, Sweden. We speak Swedish (Vi talar svenska). We are a licensed agent for Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS). We book cruises, especially Scandinavian, but to all cruise destinations. Cole Travel Service is the travel agent for Anderson Scandinavian Tours .  For your convenience, we also carry travel supplies.

Lennart Jonsson, a native of Sweden and owner of Cole Travel Service, has worked in the US travel business since 1969.  Lennart started his career in the travel business in 1947 while living in Sweden.  Lennart has personally escorted many tours to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, England, Scotland, Belgium, Germany, France and many other countries.   In addition to Cole Travel Services, Inc., Lennart is also the proud owner of The Gift Box, a beautiful Scandinavian gift shop located next to Cole Travel Services in downtown Geneva.
